Better Hospice is seeking a dedicated and
experienced Director of Nurse to lead our clinical teams in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes.

This pivotal role focuses on managing clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of clinical departments and ensure effective staffing and productivity.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies.
• Monitor and address QAPI issues, guiding clinical staff in adherence to Hospice policies and procedures.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient care quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
• 2 years of proven leadership experience in a hospice setting.
• Strong familiarity with WellSky software, a must.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, a must.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a committed team player.
