Paralegal Position at Schultz & Kellar, PLLC

Supporting Co-founding Attorneys and Associate Attorney/CFP in practice areas such as real estate, estate planning, probate, and business entity formation.
Keying, revising, formatting, and producing various documents related to the firm's practice areas.
Proficiency in working with PDF files and document conversion/editing.
Offers office/home workspace flexibility.
Proofreading final documents for accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and task execution.
Ability to work independently or in a team, with problem-solving skills.
Adaptability to changing priorities to meet business needs.
Exceptional customer service skills for internal and external clients.
Maintaining confidentiality of the attorney-client relationship.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
