Description

Typically this role would have a lower base salary and _maybe_ a small commission upside on the deals that they touch.

Total compensation would not exceed 80k.

Think 45-55k base with k in commission potential.


BRD does the following:
Works with field / outside sales force on a daily basis

  • Generates quotes (10k and under)
  • Maintains and updates sales pipeline
  • Customer service follow up pre sales and post project
  • Schedules and holds a weekly pipeline meeting with each field representative
Works with outside vendors and subcontractors

  • Understands pricing and margin requirements
Prospects for new business

  • Dedicated time spent weekly prospecting for net new clients
  • Social Media prospecting
  • Cold Calling
Gains and understanding of the Operational side of the business

  • Scheduled time weekly with Project and Field personnel
  • FacetoFace time weekly with existing customers
Plans a once per quarter customer and prospect in person event

  • Constructed under the guidance of ownership

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
