10:30pm - 6:30am Tuesday - Friday nights
We are a small hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills. Guests enjoy their stays because of the location and friendly staff.

Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain daily transactions and update guest records
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Inform customers about payment methods
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Perform all checkin and checkout tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms and rates
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
- Nocturnal
- Hotel experience and languages a plus
- Customer service experience and a professional appearance a must
- Energetic positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Math
- Experienced with MS Office Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Work experience as Customer Service, Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Organized and detailed oriented
