10:30pm - 6:30am Tuesday - Friday nights
We are a small hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills. Guests enjoy their stays because of the location and friendly staff.
If you have a friendly personality, you will appreciate the work.

If you also have previous hotel or other customer service experience, enjoy meeting people from around the world, and work well in a diverse environment we would like to meet you and invite you to submit your resume.


Responsibilities:


  • Review and maintain daily transactions and update guest records
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Inform customers about payment methods
  • Register guests collecting necessary information
  • Perform all checkin and checkout tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms and rates
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner

Skills:


  • Nocturnal
  • Hotel experience and languages a plus
  • Customer service experience and a professional appearance a must
  • Energetic positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Math
  • Experienced with MS Office Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Work experience as Customer Service, Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
  • Organized and detailed oriented

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
