- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

As a Logistics Customer Service Agent working from the warehouse at DSV, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to warehouse operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
