Job Type:
Full-Time, Year-Round with potential for growth within the company.
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls from parents and schools, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Processing orders by phone or as they come in
- Processing refunds and exchanges as needed.
- Scheduling senior portrait appointments.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong team player with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and active listening abilities.
- Patience and adaptability to varying situations.
- Professionalism in all interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Detailoriented with a positive attitude.
