Job Type:
Full-Time, Year-Round with potential for growth within the company.


Pay:
Competitive, based on experience.


Daily Responsibilities:


  • Handling incoming phone calls from parents and schools, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Processing orders by phone or as they come in
  • Processing refunds and exchanges as needed.
  • Scheduling senior portrait appointments.

Requirements:


  • Outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong team player with excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and active listening abilities.
  • Patience and adaptability to varying situations.
  • Professionalism in all interactions.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
