OUR CLIENT
Our client is a leading, globally operating developer and provider of high-performance specialty chemicals and coatings.

Their products offer innovative and cost-effective technological solutions for a wide range of markets and applications in various industries such as automotive and electronics, mechanical engineering, aerospace technology, and numerous industrial applications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support employees in all personnelrelated matters from entry to exit
You will assist with preparatory payroll and handle certification processes
You will manage master data, personnel files, and electronic time tracking
You will create contracts, references, and handle written correspondence
You will be the contact person for personnel service companies and support with filling positions
You will assist with creating personnel statistics and evaluations

YOUR PROFILE

You have completed a commercial education, alternatively a degree, preferably with a focus on personnel
You ideally have several years of professional experience in human resources
You have basic knowledge in payroll accounting
You have good computer skills, including MS Office and ideally SAP
You work in a structured and conscientious manner
You have a high level of service orientation and an affinity for personnel work
This position is a permanent position with the client company.
