We are currently seeking a flexible full-time Object Care Generalist (m/f/d) to manage properties for a housing company in the Göttingen area.

Object Care Generalist (m/f/d):

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries at the second level
  • Onsite contact person and, if necessary, direct handling of issues within the scope of object care and ability to provide information
  • Conducting safety inspections
  • Managing and monitoring onsite property maintenance (cleanliness, order, safety)
  • Assisting with minor maintenance tasks and creating work orders
  • Conducting movein and moveout inspections, including the TC process
  • Identifying and monitoring completion dates for work orders and units in coordination with the rental department
  • Monitoring and inspecting the quality of construction in vacant units and documenting in coordination with DQS and the landlord
  • Ensuring the quality and quantity of master data

Your qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge in various trades
  • Relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of the housing industry (e.g. maintenance)
  • Conflict and team skills, as well as assertiveness
  • Independence, resilience
