Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Specialist to join our team.

As a Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with travel planning, hotel reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

Assist customers in making hotel reservations and travel arrangements
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
Process reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software
Coordinate with hotels and other travel partners to ensure smooth booking processes
Maintain uptodate knowledge of hotel rates, availability, and promotions
Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the customer experience
Handle cancellations or modifications to existing reservations
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets

Experience:

Previous experience in travel planning, hotel reservations, or a related field is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven sales ability with a focus on achieving targets
Familiarity with reservation software or booking systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
