Your job:

Coordination and supervision of all tasks in the tree nursery
Production planning
Employee management

What we expect from you:

Completed training as a gardener/forester or Bachelor/Master/Technician in horticulture
Practical experience in the green industry
Team spirit, flexibility, independent work
Good plant knowledge and organizational skills
A dedicated and success-oriented work style
Strong communication skills
Driver's license
