Sr Manager/Director of Growth Marketing - Burlington

We're taking our marketing and sales efforts to the next level, and this position will help define what comes next.
It's a hands-on leadership role to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.You'll collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, the sales team and a team of content writers, social media managers, digital and creative agency partners to bring campaigns to life.
You will own and oversee the following:
Develop inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth across email, digital, social, paid media, events and partner marketing.
Own campaign performance end-to-end—from strategy to execution to reporting—with a focus on revenue impact. Own the campaign calendar and a disciplined go-to-market schedule.
Partner with our digital agency to track and report on campaign and channel effectiveness, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and ROI.
Analyze funnel friction points and implement data-driven optimizations through A/B testing.Stay current on the industry, our product capabilities, competitive landscape and target audience.
Collaborate across the sales, product and client services divisions.
Use GTM tools including Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and AI tools for problem-solving and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with deep experience and a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth
Deep expertise in HubSpot and Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign analytics, conversion optimization, and performance reporting
Experience with paid media channels including LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
