The company pro aurum specializes in trading and storing gold, silver, platinum, and palladium and is one of the market leaders in the German-speaking region with around 130 employees.

Our headquarters is the "Goldhaus" in Munich; we also have branches in Bad Homburg, Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, and Ulm.

Additionally, we have a subsidiary in Switzerland. We provide advice, trade, and evaluate traditional investments in precious metals. For our planned second location in Munich, we are currently seeking a full-time and permanent Branch Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities (among others): You will be responsible for the results- and sales-oriented management of the Munich branch, including budget monitoring and reporting of business results.

As a disciplinary and professional leader, you will support the employees on site.

In day-to-day business, you will advise our private customers on purchases and sales from the entire pro aurum product range.

Through suitable sales activities, you will build sustainable customer relationships. Organizing regional customer events and campaigns completes your area of responsibility.

Your qualifications:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on business/financial management. You have gained several years of professional experience in the finance sector with a focus on sales. Knowledge in asset consulting and/or buying back old gold is an advantage.
