Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an
Associate Supply Base Management Specialist to join our dynamic Honeywell Core Contracting team in
Mesa, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, inservice requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations.
Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues.
Provides support in the development of mitigation plans.
Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.
Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.

The ability to deep dive subcontractor shortages, leverage the team (internally and externally, and communicate progress through shortage mitigation will be key to success in this role.

This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than one year of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
More than one year of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts
Experience working in a multifunctional team environment

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range:
$70,550 - $87,150
