Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an
Associate Supply Base Management Specialist to join our dynamic Honeywell Core Contracting team in
Mesa, AZ.
Position Responsibilities:
- Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, inservice requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
- Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations.
- Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues.
- Provides support in the development of mitigation plans.
- Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.
- Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than one year of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- More than one year of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts
- Experience working in a multifunctional team environment
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range:
$70,550 - $87,150
