Job Title:
Shift Leader
We are seeking a motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service


Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing shift and meal break schedules.
• Planning for and addressing callouts or noshows.
• Delegating tasks and overseeing food preparation and presentation.
• Managing wait times and kitchen speed.
• Monitoring incoming inventory and alerting management to order supplies or food items as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Regularly checking the status of CO2/Soda tanks to ensure they are operational.
• Training new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and efficiency.
• Managing rest and meal breaks effectively, ensuring employees are relieved before their fifth hour.
• Reevaluating the kitchen workflow by adjusting roles and prioritizing productivity.
• Mentoring kitchen staff, providing support and training proactively.
• Reporting any issues to the manager promptly.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant Experience Required
• Food Handlers Certificate (Required Upon Hire)
• Must be able to stand on feet for 8+ Hours
• Maintain A Positive Attitude
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Must be a team player, it takes a team to keep our kitchen moving.
• Must have flexible hours and availability on weekends/holidays.
