Marketing / Public Relations Department Responsibilities Professional and disciplinary management and coordination of our marketing department in Germany and abroad Tasks Leading a team of 15 employees in the areas of marketing management, event management, office management, editing, web design, press work, videography, and SEM Implementation and enforcement of results-oriented work structures and routines Personnel development of the team, including coaching, mentoring, and optimization of structural training processes Organization and controlling of all areas and projects using our digital project and task management tool (Jira) Development and implementation of target group-specific and country-specific marketing strategies, aligned with the company's long-term business plans Direct reporting to the management and executive team Guiding and supporting the team in:

Implementing our marketing activities in our international focus markets of Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands Ensuring the constant updating and translation of all marketing materials and our websites (news releases, press area, market graphics, manufacturer information, etc.) Strategic partner marketing and co-financing of joint marketing activities Expanding and managing external stakeholders such as suppliers, partner companies, press contacts, service providers, etc.

Proactive press and public relations Management of the marketing budget, currently around 1.5-2 million euros per year Representing the company at international trade fairs and seminars Requirements Professional experience in a leadership position Relevant education or degree in business administration, marketing communication, or similar with a relevant focus Ability to lead a growing team in a results-oriented
