- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, including the building, equipment, and grounds.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment is well-maintained and minimize downtime.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance work, including routine inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenses.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide regular reports on maintenance activities to senior management.
- A veteran with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
