• Oversee the daytoday operations of the garbage bin cleaning service, including scheduling, routing, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote services and expand the customer base.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.

• Proven experience in service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental policies related to cleaning and waste management.
• Proficiency in using business software and tools for scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in management, environmental sciences, or related fields is a plus.
• Must have a clean driving record and have experience driving larger vehicles.
