    Description

    An organization in the media space is seeking an HR Director. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR Management or a similar role.

    Salary: 140K 170K, depending on experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate positive employee relations and orchestrate company-wide communication efforts
    • Spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge performance management and enhancement systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
    • Drive policy development and documentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
    • Employment compliance and regulatory reporting
    • Oversee the onboarding/offboarding processes
    • Ensures the implementation and communication of human resources policies and programs
    • Work closely with other departments including Finance and IT
    • Handle Employee Relations issues, conduct investigations as necessary

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree is required
    • 5+ years in HR Management or a similar role
    • Previously worked in Media, Communications or Advertising, preferred
    • Effective interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
    • Be a team player and also able to work independently
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and HR policies
