Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, digital assets, using current templets and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and strategies for promoting properties and engaging with clients.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Work Closely with agents, staff to understand their needs and deliver highquality design solutions.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify areas for improvement in existing content.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in graphic design and marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles.

  • Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
