Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire real estate transaction process from start to finish
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Preparation of Seller's Documents and Closing Statements using Closing Statement software
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate closings
- Proficient in preparation of seller documents including deeds, affidavits, etc.
- Proficient in understanding and preparing closing statements using closing statement software
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
