Education: B S c / M S c Engineering diploma

- Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in the oil & gas industry

- Legislation: Knowledge of company and local legislation for Production reporting

- Technical skills: Safety of persons, facilities and environment, Medium Oil & Gas production & process, Gas Physic-Chemistry, Fiscal & Allocation metering, Material Balance, Reporting, Logistics (practical knowledge) and offloading.

- Behavior Skills: Dynamism, availability, rigor, autonomy & team spirit

- Language skills: Advanced Portuguese and Advanced English (Bright 2,5/5 minimum)

Activities

HSE:

• Implement and reinforce the HSE policy of the affiliate on operated assets
• Ensure safety and environmental protection regulations and instructions are respected during activities pertaining to his discipline (Lifting, Oil and Gas sampling, Oil measurement, etc . )
• GHG Reduction & Energy Efficiency: Support of technical solutions, mapping, tracking , analyzing and contribute to the Ambition of To talEnergies Group and affiliate , as well as liaising with HSE team for reporting and tracking
• Gather and keep up-to-date production data related to HSE (flaring and chemical usage / disposal, water production and overboard disposal, etc . )
• The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company's assets and reputation.

Production Data Management & Reporting

- Use NPDMS ( new production data management system) to develop production forecasts (oil, water, and gas), gas import planning as per GIA (Gas Import Agreement), oil lifting planning as per LA (Lifting Agreement ), perform shortfalls categorizations as per company rule and guidelines, chemicals follow-up, GHG-related events tracking, well test data & short-term potentials , and offshore lab data . Ensure data quality and assurance inside the tool , including past data .

- Issue, via NPDMS, Production Reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) in accordance with TotalEnergies EP rules and procedures , for both internal and external entities .

- Assist in NPDMS problem - solving and troubleshooting. Maintain up to da te NPDMS configuration and participate in NPDMS evolutions , new developments, and features .

- Perform required well monitoring & analysis, mass & production balance verification, flaring volumes, fuel gas consumptions, import gas volumes, and production performance monitoring to achieve production , group, regulatory, performance and HSE objectives.

- Assist Production Performance Leader in consolidating and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Production and injection data (Oil, water & gas). Including AiBi and PPG exercises

- Assist Production Performance Leader in Production Budget preparation, including PDC revisions and ANP PAP exercises.

- Assist Production Performance Leader in the Long-Term Plan exercise and sensitivities, regarding production, injection, gas consumption and flaring, as well as topside power demands and GHG emissions.

- Analyze and consolidate production allocation and ensure data quality. Report anomaly to site / onshore support, and guarantee alignment with local, HQ, partners and ANP reporting.

- Coordinate the gas overall mass balance (Production, Injection, Import, Gas Lift, Fuel gas and Flaring)

- Collaborate in production well test realizations and validations together with other discipline leaders , including analysis and validation support of PVT and chromatography reports, as well as its sampling routine and annual external sampling campaigns. Conduct offshore missions when required , for either sampling campaigns or well testing activities.

- Assist the collection and delivery of oil, water, and gas samples, whenever required , including those for chemical tracers with GSR team, water salinity, oil sampling for R&D research, oil sampling for Commercial purposes and studies, fluid samples for flow assurance, etc.

Digital Solutions

- Follow-up WIDE implementation and updates, following HQ discussions and internal requirements (routine meetings, project implementation follow-up, particular request s , metering & calibration data, samplings & analyses data, etc.)

- Generate & update along respective collaborators, GHG and Mass Balance dashboards in PI Vision (ex- Coresight ) and/or Power BI as well as GHG Excel Monitor.

- Be involved in any digital solution concerning your discipline.

Offloading/Lifting, Fiscal Metering & Production Reporting

• Liaise with Trading & develop offloading/lifting plan (company and partners) in accordance with Lifting Agreement. Develop offloading/lifting program forecast, including reporting to authorities, partners and within company.
• Support with affiliate LSO, Commercial division, and Group Trading to ensure availability of all required means for Lifting execution and coordinate the documentation post-Lifting operation (Offloading tickets).
• Perform daily metering verification analyses through PI, respective dashboards, NDPSM, daily site reports/values and metering tech daily reports
• Deliver production forecast (J3 - 5 months & J17 - 3 months), including reporting to authorities, partners and within company
• Analyze production forecast plan, shortfalls and define offloading rights for all stakeholders in collaboration with Commercial division.
• Supervise Oil and Gas fiscal metering systems in compliance with local regulations and alert management for any inconsistency , as well as WiDE management and Well Performance and GSR teams .
• Support the gas sampling and physic-chemical routine analyses/approval, ensuring all legal and company obligations are fulfilled.
• Consolidate regulatory agency document submission (BMP, XML, etc. ) and ensure suitable reporting of produced volumes.
• Consolidate the failure notification report and ensure communication to authorities of all Preventive or Curative intervention on Fiscal metering
• In liaison with Modec , follow-up meters accuracy (fiscals and technical), perform QAQC, develop action plan to improve reliability.
• Collaborate to track and follow-up Internal / External audit(s) and recommendations
• Support Production Performance Leader in the management of metering system and offloading/lifting operations (Avoiding any audit metering penalty or top tank risk situation).

Facilities Integrity

- Contribute to the annual work program (production provision, Shut-downs, Testing, etc. ) .

- Produced water treatment: monitor performance, propose ways of improvement, support Process and Treatment specialist whenever required

- Support Reliability meeting implementation: analysis of shortfalls, definition of action plan, development of KPI in collaboration with Process & Treatment specialist and Production Performance Leader

- Continuously proposed way of optimizing resources for any chemical purchase, injection rate optimization or Process optimization in collaboration with Process & Treatment specialist.

- Ensure a close monitoring of LAPA wells (GOR, Wax, Pressures, etc.) in collaboration with Well Performance specialist to ensure adequate Reservoir Management

Budget:

- Prepare and conduct AiBi exercises, liaising with FIN team

- Assist the consolidation of production & utilities (Diesel, etc.) used as premises for BU exercises

Management System & Interfaces:

- Under the supervision of the Production Performance Leader , contribute to the sustainability of the Field Operation Management System (FOMS) in the affiliate, to the elaboration of the annual field operation objectives in terms of HSE, production, budget, and people, manage gas sampling and analysis and ensure suitable communication with T otalEnergies HQ and local authorities.

- Propose 3C initiatives (activities pertaining to your discipline)

- Contribute actively to any Digital solution which can bring revenue through our operations

- LEAN activities pertaining to your discipline (capture initiatives and follow-up)
