As a Corporate Fleet Trainer, you will be responsible for Class 5-8 equipment training, diagnostics, and safety training of technicians for a high-level customer with multiple locations within your region.

Key job responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Travel to customer locations within your region to conduct training. Expect a minimum of 50% of your time traveling.
- During nontravel weeks you will be providing our customers remote diagnostic support and developing training material for customers from your "Home Office".
- Instruct Technicians on service, safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of Class 8 vehicles, including yard trucks, and trailers following outline, handouts, and testing.
- Demonstrates correct procedures and processes of the company training guidelines and confer with management to determine training objectives and best plan to execute.
- Develops and monitors course curriculum as needed.
- Develop and write training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises, including remote/online training sessions.
- Collaborates with Training Coordinator to schedule classes based on need, classroom, and equipment availability.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to training facility and integrate information into training program.
- Ensures program compliance with DTNA Dealer Trainer requirements, and/or making sure our presented material matches OE vendor suggestions.

Education/Experience:
- Associate degree (A. S.) or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school; and six to ten years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet software and Database software.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Class 8 Diesel Vehicle OEM certifications and Class A or B CDL
Pay:
$120, $140,000.00 per year
