- Prepare project specifications and validate design compliance with codes;
- Estimate costs and project timelines; oversee project scope and team assignments;
- Cultivate positive client relationships, maintain project records, and coordinate with various disciplines;
- Document design choices, client instructions, and monitor project progression;
- Conduct site visits and provide necessary services according to project agreements;
- Serve as a mentor to designers and modelers.
- Familiarity with design principles, tools, and techniques for technical drawings;
- Understanding of construction materials and methods;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software, and BIM;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred;
- Professional Engineering License;

In this role, you will be accountable for various tasks such as calculations, system design, report generation, and ensuring project accuracy within designated time and budget constraints. The Structural Project Engineer will have the autonomy to make decisions and act as the Lead Designer, proficient in analyzing and designing structures using engineering judgment and relevant tools.
