    Job Description:

    As a (Senior) Director of Compensation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the US compensation programs. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our compensation strategy is competitive and aligned with our business objectives. In this role, you will:

    • Manage and administer all compensation programs, including base salary, bonus, and equity plans. Develop and implement compensation policies and programs in support of our strategic goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analyze compensation trends to ensure our compensation plans are competitive and in-line with industry standards.
    • Develop and maintain job descriptions and job classifications, including salary ranges and broad bands.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and HR regarding compensation-related matters, including salary increase, promotions, and job offers.
    • Develop compensation policies and procedures to provide consistency and governance, and analyze and monitor results including annual total rewards process, off-cycle processes and other performance and compensation-related changes.
    • Partner with Finance to develop and manage the compensation accrual.
    • Manage the performance review process to ensure alignment with compensation strategy and policies.
    • Develop and implement communication and/or training programs related to compensation for managers and employees as appropriate.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • At least 10 years of experience in compensation management or related field, including management of equity programs and support for filings at publicly traded company.
    • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and regulations in the US and Canada.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability interpret data and provide insights.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Knowledge of Workday preferred.
