I have worked for 3 years for a company that operates remotely from London, America, and Spain. My contract was made in English and Spanish, but I am hired from Spain. The company has had losses and has laid off 10 people, and I was the last one to be let go. They have given me a performance plan, but it was just for show because it was clear that they had already made their decision. My performance reviews have always been excellent, except for the last one, which they claim was bad, even though all the feedback I received was positive. They have given me 60 days of paid dismissal. Can I do something about this?
