Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Manage assigned region / territory to ensure achievement of sales / revenue goals working within established budget.
- Develop and Achieve MBO's tied to specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to Business planning, Operational management, Dealer management, IDN / GPO strategy and focus Sales quota attainment.
- Oversees feedback collection process and associated actions that result from product demonstrations, customer inservices and physician proctoring events.
- Consults with Director to enhance our sales strategy, sales process and sales training of our Channel Partners / Distributors and any organization that represents the Mercury Medical product line(s).
- Assists with the development of reference accounts and study sites.
- Serves as liaison between manufacturing and engineering on product features and future product development.
- Assists Channel Partner / Distributor and their representatives in prospect identification, prospect qualification and the sales process.
- Understands competition and assists in the development of sales tools to demonstrate competitive analysis.
- Oversees training of clinical educators to present features, benefits and clinical information to customer in order to support the sales function.
- Participates in Regional and National trade shows as required.
- Submits required reporting and communication in a timely manner.
- Responds to change positively and productively.
