Description

Our children's house in Poolesville offers full-day care with lunch for 80 children aged 1-6 years. The children are divided into two areas, each with a group for infants and a group for kindergarten children. Our approach is based on the Montessori pedagogy, with a focus on nature and movement. Our team, like our children, is very diverse. Our work with the children is based on building strong relationships, and there is an open and honest team culture in the house. We are excited to welcome a new team member.

What you will do:

Assist and support in the care, education, and development of our infants and kindergarten children
Collaborate in planning and organizing group activities and working with parents/families
Implement and further develop our pedagogical approach
Ensure quality management in our facility
Participate in preparation and follow-up of parent meetings (parent evenings, parent-teacher conferences, and parent information sessions)
Attend regular team meetings

What you bring:

Successfully completed training as a state-recognized childcare worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Basic knowledge of BEP, BayKiBiG
Willingness to regularly participate in
