Job Overview: The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on industrial machinery and equipment. This role plays a crucial part in preventing downtime and ensuring a safe and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrication, and part replacement on industrial equipment and machinery.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize breakdowns and optimize efficiency.
Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery.
Inspect and maintain building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all work performed.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in industrial maintenance is a plus.
Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanics, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment for maintenance and repair.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency maintenance situations.

Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, carrying light and heavy loads, and climbing stairs and ladders. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate small power tools and other equipment
