Job Description

Job Summary: Perform all tasks related to machine maintenance repair and other functions. Provide support to all areas of the manufacturing facility.

Job Duties Required:

Performs mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, including replace and maintain of all facilities mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical equipment and machinery to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.

Diagnoses mechanical problems and utilizes company resources such as blueprints, repair manuals and/or parts catalogs as necessary to complete repairs or replacements. Performs routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

Complies with all safety policies and procedures. Reports unsafe activities to supervisor and/or plant manager. Participates in high safety standards to achieve company goals.

Qualifications: "Safety Sensitive Position"

2 + years' experience in manufacturing maintenance a must. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical required. Preventative maintenance experience preferred.

Working knowledge of manufacturing machinery a must.

Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical.

Possess troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work and complete tasks with little supervision.

Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR, ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment: "Safety Sensitive Position"

Potentially moving mechanical parts and equipment, working with electrical currents, along with maintaining all facility maintenance duties.
Potential exposure to fumes, odors, dusts, steam, or poor ventilation
Extreme temperatures and possible small workspace and heights.
Repetitive use of hands
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs.
