    The One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) Manufacturing Execution System (MES) team is looking for an experienced Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE).

    The RTE will coach, support and drive consistent 1LMX Agile practices multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

    Responsibilities include:

    • Overall responsibility within the ARTs to ensure accurate 1LMX Agile practices are being followed (Scope Decomposition complete, Work planned, Stories defined, Boards statused on time, Linkages correct, Milestones & Product releases defined, etc)
    • Collaborate with the MES Leadership, CAM and MES Program Management Office (PMO), for Month End reporting, CEAC and all other PMO requests.
    • Proactively Monitor product team Agile Hive boards within the ARTs, assist teams and provide backup to scrum masters wherever needed to ensure accurate performance reporting.
    • Provide oversight to the MES ARTs and Product teams by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and risks
    • Be a Change Agent for Agile Transformation
    • Provide coaching to result in decentralized decisionmaking, alignment, and coordination
    • Ensure that the program is outcome driven
    • Monitor the solution health via appropriate metrics
    • Drive and Support PI Planning Events
    • Coordinate Product and Solution Delivery
    • Ensure continuous process improvement cadences are valuedriven for the solution
    Basic Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Lead Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Strong Scrum master experience
    • Agile Transformation coaching experience
    • Jira and Agile Hive Experience
    • Demonstrated leader and selfstarter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal direction and oversight
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • US Citizenship is required for this role
    Desired Skills:

    • SAFe Certification and RTE Certification a plus
    • Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation experience a plus

    Remote Telework:

    The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.

    Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500.

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500 .

    Non-represented full-time employees:

    accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

    Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

    This position is incentive plan eligible.
