    The Team:

    We are part of a broader team of 100+ colleagues in the US and India who work on supporting back office operations for our clients. The immediate team that this candidate will be a part of is made up of 35-40 analysts who support our clients. We value attention to detail, client satisfaction, and strong communication and cross functional collaboration.

    Responsibilities and Impact:

    • Managing day to day operations of teams of analysts including monitoring completion and accuracy of daily reporting, audits and responses on client inquiries
    • Reporting back trends, feedback, issues, etc. to management as needed
    • Helping to plan and execute projects as needed in order to improve our service level
    • Identifying issues and potential efficiencies within our workflow
    • Providing feedback, support and coaching to analysts on the team

    Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

    S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,395 to $132, Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

    In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

    What We're Looking For:

    Basic Required Qualifications:

    • Must have some experience with managing people (preferred) or project management (also acceptable for the right candidate)
    • Must have 3-5 years experience working in some sort of corporate role, preferably with some background in finance but not required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in a client facing role

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Problem solving, analytical mindset
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to both give and receive constructive feedback
    • Ability to multi task and provide oversight on multiple active initiatives at a time
