We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Childcare Manager to join our team in Los Angeles on a commission-based arrangement.

As the Childcare Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and driving business growth through effective management and client relations.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of childcare staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, safety standards, and childcare regulations.
  • Create and maintain a positive and nurturing environment for children and staff.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and recordkeeping.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in childcare management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of childcare regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work on a commissionbased structure.
