All About You:
*Please note, that this position will require repeated heavy lifting throughout the workday, with most products exceeding 70+ pounds.


What You'll Do:

• Process all deliveries to include the loading and unloading of trucks, correct placement of material within the warehouse, and detailed order fulfillment
• Employ routine maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse to ensure exceptional operational capacity
• Establish strong relationships with customers to allow for open communication, problemsolving and resolution of any issues
• Oversee logistics, deliveries, and receipt of orders to ensure proper and correct fulfillment
• Occasionally assist with customer service, sales transactions, and order processing inside the Counter Sales Area, when needed

• Comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Highly organized, selfsufficient and comfortable working independently
• Focused on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to effectively communicate and problemsolve
• Proficiency to multitask in an effort to complete all duties in a timely and productive manner
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience is required
• Must be able to lift 70+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Familiar with the use of fork lifts, pallet jacks and other warehousing devices
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
