Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst for Digital Banking, you will be at the forefront of exploring new banking technologies, digital trends, and innovative practices.
You will conduct in-depth market research, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement solutions that enhance our digital banking offerings.
Your work will directly contribute to our strategic objectives, driving growth and maintaining our competitive edge in the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead research initiatives to identify emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in the digital banking sector.
Oversee various Digital Banking products and services.
Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with UX Design Team, Cx Team, IT, Marketing, and other departments to define and create business requirements for new digital banking products and enhancements.
Develop and present business cases for innovative projects, including feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and implementation strategies.
Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative thinking and continuous improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions, providing insights and recommendations for further enhancements.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure all innovations comply with legal standards and best practices.
Gathers and analyzes management reporting information on Digital Banking products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on digital innovation.
5+ years of other banking experience will be considered.Proven track record of leading and implementing successful digital projects.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of the latest digital banking technologies, FinTech innovations, and market trends.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of the agile development process including tools like JIRA and Confluence a plus.
Positive attitude and team player.
Advanced computer skills specifically in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
