Ferguson is currently seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our team This position will focus on growing Valve and Automation Sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Be a team player and work with our Valve and Automation Projects team to support quotations.
  • Prepare quotations for bids for Valve and Automation projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer base, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Develop and maintain vendor relations
  • Lead all aspects of a valve project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
  • Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
  • Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project
  • Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays
  • Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment
  • Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of Industrial Valve and Automation Inside Sales required
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Valve and Automation and vendor knowledge is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
  • Detailorientated with a solid ability to organize and prioritize work

Pay Range:

$4, $9,716.30


_ Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles _OR
_ Hourly for all other roles._
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
