Private Practice Opportunity for Providers:

Wellestablished Primary Care group that is expanding with an additional Family Medicine service to provide primary care to patients.

Position Requirements:

Parttime

Qualifications:

Excellent clinical and communication skills and must love building relationships with patients.
An interest in using technology to deliver high quality, evidencebased primary care
The desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to changing health care delivery
NP certification required
