Job Summary
The Mohave County Public Works-Parks Division is seeking to hire an Assistant Park Superintendent.This role involves supervising administrative staff work such as maintaining records; responding to requests; planning and researching activities; preparing correspondence reports statistics purchases needed supplies authorizing overtime establishing project priorities providing necessary training leading park staff performance duties resolving conflicts with staff public performing law enforcement functions within assigned park areas patrolling collecting fees communicating professionally with public coworkers contacts completing performance evaluations supervising assisting activities assigned parks personnel monitoring records accuracy adherence policy procedures techniques resolving operational problems increasing efficiency quality work delivering presentations discussions public agencies responding questions comments general public.
