- Identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Developing departmental plans based on organizational priorities
- Leading business development efforts in the federal market space
- Supporting program strategies, conducting customer assessments, and building relationships
- Providing billable support to projects and engagements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience in the DoD and/or Federal CFO domains
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
- Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Experience working with DoD or Federal agencies in financial management
- Comfort interfacing with executives and senior Federal leaders
- Current, Active US security clearance
