We are an upcoming and growing fireplace store With over 5 years in business we strive to be California's #1 fireplace company.

We are looking for a lead fireplace installer / subcontractor.

The Fireplace Installer will be responsible for the on-time installation of fireplace, BBQ's, firepits, fireplace doors, gas logs, and all of our in the field projects.

Accurately and carefully, load/unload & install products for customers in excellent condition. Address all customers in a courteous, respectful manner at all times. Communicate via company cell phone; report any installation issues to the office manager and/or owner of the company.

• Qualifications :_
• Clean Driving Record with DMV print out
• Work Truck, Tools, and Ladders
• COI and W9 for 1099 Employment
• Contractors License (preferred)
• Installation/Construction: 4 years (required)
• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
• Driver's License (required)
• National Fireplace Institute Certification (preferred)

Able to follow directions, plans, and meet project deadlines

• Lift 100 Ibs
• Experience in using all power tools and trailers
• Attire :_

ThePyroGuy LLC will provide branded shirts & sweatshirts which are required. No other uniform or clothing can be worn into a jobsite. Clean jeans and work pants with no holes or tears are acceptable. Boots and work shoes are necessary to protect feet and have grip on roofs. Shorts are NOT acceptable for lead installers. You will be provided (4) T-Shirts, (1) Polo, (1) Zip up sweater, and (1) Hat per year. Other requests will come out of your pay.

• Responsibilities :_
• Installation of all gas and electric fireplaces and its accessories, BBQ, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, fireplace doors, gas logs, Mantels, Decorative Shrouds and Chimney Tops, including other related building products in Residential, Custom, and Commercial Construction

Able to keep jobsite flow going and multitask

• Keep customers informed daily on expected tasks to be completed
• Ensure all Proper materials are picked up for proper installation
• Provide Estimates and Change of Orders to the supervisor or business owner for additional work or materials.
• Initiate fireplace startups and perform homeowner orientations
• Learn all product lines in order to sell aftermarket service parts, products and accessories to consumers
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to insure services are completed and meet quality standards
• Follow all OSHA Safety standards and procedures

• Pay:

$60,000 - $80,000+ /yr

• Contract Full Time Work : Minimum of 2 Installs a week
• Flexible Schedule and Piece Work
• 8 hour shift
