Role Summary:


The System Specialist Supervisor will analyze, recommend, and execute enhancements with all warehouse systems, fulfillment process flows and optimization opportunities.

They actively contribute to the development of Radial direct report and manage seasonal associate workforce.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze, recommend, and execute enhancements with all warehouse systems, fulfillment process flows and optimization opportunities.
  • Help assist new partner system inventory set up and system processes.
  • Act as the Fulfillment Centers point person for all System Modifications, including weekly conference calls, projects, and operations meetings
  • Create and maintain a welltrained staff that could be promoted through cross training and mentoring.
  • Oversees the entire wave planning process, ensuring all processes are followed and training is evergreen
  • Assigns work and monitors productivity to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, housekeeping, merchandise damage minimization and safety.
  • Oversee and train management how to correct all Ops system issues
  • Help Monitor standard procedures and implements new procedures when necessary to
ensure that the overall operation runs effectively.

  • Maintains a working knowledge and complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Oversees the development of associates by ensuring they are educated, given the proper tools to do their jobs, and can contribute to the total operation.
  • Help with all system startups to ensure process is successful
  • Maintain and understand all reporting tools/DDA's in all departments
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of WMS wave planning software (MH environments/Pyramid/COFE)
  • Strong Understanding of the TMS (Kewill)
  • Strong understanding of sorter control software (FKI)
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Qualifications:

  • Individual must have supervisory experience with multi shift operations.
  • Should have experience in general utilizing sophisticated WMS and other automated systems and equipment including EDI, RF equipment.
  • Experience in a high SKU, multi partner, fastpaced environment.
  • Advanced system knowledge.
  • Excellent problem
- solving skills with the ability to think on your feet, work independently, make decisions, and take appropriate actions.

  • Skilled at managing a team of individuals with differing levels of skill to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards.
  • Lead by example
  • Training new associates and management
  • Provide coaching and feedback to hourly staff.
  • Performs evaluations of hourly associates.
  • Some SQL experience
  • At least three years of management/supervisory experience, preferably in a large, high volume fulfillment environment with demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Previous experience using WMS and RF technology (MH environments preferred). Strong understanding wave planning outbound orders.
  • Previous experience developing and implementing performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Travel:

  • This position is not remote.
  • Travel is not required.

Hours:
Wednesday-Saturday 6:30am-5:00pm. Must be available for additional hours as needed.
