What You Will Do:


Additional responsibilities:

  • Laptop preparation, deployment, and technical support as needed
  • Maintenance of IT assets and inventory lists
  • Deliver RMM tools support to remote employees
  • Weekly onsite/hands on support for all corporate HQ employee and help desk needs, including maintenance of Brillient infrastructure
  • User access configuration and set up, including O365 accounts, phone (Vonage, cell), and 3rd party installations

What You Will Need:


  • Current or completed education path including technology or computer science
  • 2 years+ hands on experience
  • Microsoft 365 suite administration (Azure AD, O365)
  • End user support
  • Relevant professional certification a plus

Equipment Operated:
Computer hardware and software as well as standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.


Work Environment:
Work performed in an office or call center environment. Involves frequent contact with staff and customers.


Mental/Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity for office machine operation; stooping, bending to handle equipment and supplies, mobility to complete site visits or deliveries.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time.

Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Stress can be triggered by multiple demands and deadlines.
