Food Runners are responsible for controlling the flow of food in and out of the kitchen and maintaining clear communication between the kitchen and front of house team.

Additional responsibilities include setting tables, serving food orders, and removing used dishes and utensils.

Runners must have extensive menu knowledge to be able to correctly name each dish (including modifications) as it is delivered to a table.

It is your responsibility to ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver hot food to guests, identifying each item, and ensuring the guests' orders have been properly fulfilled
  • Maintain a working environment that complies with health and safety guidelines
  • Be attentive—proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers and guests
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest

Qualifications

  • Comparable experience in a fine dining or similar fullservice environment
  • Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Communication skills including the ability to work in a team, assist with guests' concerns, and to receive and follow verbal instructions provided in English
