    DESCRIPTION/


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As an IT Business Analyst Lead for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) in Frontline IT Finance, you will be defining and implementing the future PPG Finance global CPM solution.

    The incumbent will work with the Finance functional lead and collaborate with regional and global Business Finance Leadership, the SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Team, the Connect PPG Team, and other subject-matter experts on this project to assist with formalizing business requirements and leading the translation into the enabling technical requirements.

    This role will also partner with the Finance functional lead to evaluate and identify the software of best fit.

    Additionally, they will work with IT analysts and systems integrators to architect and implement the next-generation CPM solution for PPG.

    This is an individual contributor role which may indirectly lead other IT analysts within project(s), with potential to become a direct people manager.

    You will report to the Senior IT Manager - Finance. The project will require individuals with a broad range of business, geographic, and ERP experiences. You will require a strong strategic vision to evaluate alternative approaches and recommend the most feasible solution.


    Key Responsibilities * Lead the identification of the CPM tool(s) * Lead the definition of statements of work (SOWs) with external partner(s) * Lead potential CPM Proof of Concept including recommended technical architecture * Lead the development of the CPM Process Design * Build a resourcing plan based on the project organizational design * Develop implementation approach and potential deployment phasing options * Understand all SBU, function and corporate specific reporting needs.

    Qualifications * A four-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline or equivalent experience * Min 7 years of IT or a related discipline experience * Strong Analytical and conceptual skills * Track record of participation on IT project teams * Fluent communication in the English language * Possess the ability and desire to foster the development of junior team members * Must have a strong systems and process orientation; SAP or CPM experience a plus
