We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Field Sampling Technician to join our team and assist in various environmental sampling activities.

Active TWIC Card is required for entering the Airport Terminals and Port Terminals.


Job Summary:

As a Field Sampling Technician, you will be an integral part of our environmental monitoring efforts across diverse locations, including rivers, lakes, airplanes, buildings, cooling towers, boats, vessels, and airplanes.

Your role will involve conducting field sampling in accordance with established protocols to ensure accurate data collection and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to meaningful environmental projects.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental sampling at various locations, including rivers, lakes, airplanes, buildings, cooling towers, boats, vessels, and airplanes.
• Implement proper sampling techniques and adhere to safety guidelines to ensure the integrity of collected samples.
• Operate and maintain the sampling equipment, such as water samplers, pH Meters, and data loggers.
• Document and record sample collection procedures, locations, and relevant environmental conditions accurately.
• Ensure the appropriate preservation and storage of collected samples during transportation to the laboratory.
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to prioritize and coordinate sample analysis and data reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of sampling plans, health and safety protocols, and projectrelated documentation.
• Monitor and report any environmental incidents or observations made during fieldwork.
• Conduct routine maintenance of equipment and assist in inventory management.
• Stay updated with current environmental regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sampling techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in environmental field sampling across diverse locations, such as rivers, lakes, airplanes, buildings, cooling towers, boats, vessels, and airplanes.
• Knowledge of sampling techniques and protocols for water, air, and various environmental matrices.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work in a variety of settings, including outdoor environments and confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency in using a wide range of sampling equipment and technology.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle equipment in challenging field conditions.
• Flexibility on the time scheduling
• Active TWIC Card is required for entering the Airports and Port Terminals
