The Job:


As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for the direct satisfaction and impression of our guests.

You will be hired as an all-rounder and have the opportunity to learn a lot Your main tasks will include:


  • Opening and closing duties
  • Greeting, serving, and assisting customers
  • Taking and delivering orders
  • Providing authentic, friendly, and salesoriented customer service
  • Handling various forms of payment and using our booking system
  • Maintaining cleanliness in your work area and the restaurant during your shift
  • Handling food and drinks responsibly
  • Must be registered in Hamburg and have a valid work permit
  • Basic English proficiency (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
