Hiring FOH Manager.


Responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Floor management shifts, must be available nights and weekends
  • Daily sales accounting and tip pool completion experience with spreadsheets a plus
  • Menu printing and editing, experience with Adobe illustrator a plus, strong attention to detail including spelling and grammar required
  • Experience with Italian food and wine a plus
  • Programming Toast POS keeping up with new menu items
  • FOH scheduling using 7shifts
  • Biweekly payroll entry, ensuring punch times and tips are entered correctly
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training new FOH staff when necessary
