- Collaborate with Lead Business Analysts to facilitate communication between development teams and ensure key test issues are addressed.
- Generate reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to support quality assurance testing activities.
- Engage with business and development teams throughout the requirements, development, and testing phases.
- Assist in the creation of test scenarios aligning with acceptance criteria of business requirements.
- Conduct system tests to validate application updates and ensure functional and integration testing coverage.
- Perform Quality Assurance checks during internal and third-party developments to ensure code completeness.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with business and technical representatives to verify requirements and prioritize test activities.
- Develop, publish, and implement test plans utilizing Azure DevOps.
- Prioritize test scenarios in alignment with business and technical priorities, gaining approval from stakeholders.
- Coordinate re-testing of defects with stakeholders to prevent new defects in the production environment.
- Maintain test documentation, including test scripts, schedules, and reports.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts, including load testing strategies and execution.
- Manage time effectively, report and monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure quality assurance and change management.
- Provide support to other team members and resources involved in testing activities.
- Work within an agile environment, demonstrating understanding of agile methodologies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Lead Test Analyst and Lead Business Analyst.
- 7+ years of experience in system/application quality assurance testing.
- Proficiency in documenting and executing test cases and scenarios based on acceptance criteria.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of defect tracking and resolution.
- Expertise in testing methodologies such as black box, white box, functional, and regression testing.
- 5+ years of experience implementing load testing strategies and execution.
- 3+ years of experience in automated testing using tools like Selenium or Smartbear.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management software for Agile development.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
- Proficient in executing queries against SQL and Oracle databases for data analysis.
