Detroit, MI (Hybrid)

Note:
This role is NOT open to C2C candidates

The Testing Analyst will work closely with the QA Manager, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive accountability and quality across key initiatives.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Development of testing artifacts required for each assigned initiative
Supervision of assigned QA personnel on the project, in all levels of test execution
Participation in test execution, as necessary
Evaluation of testing results and logged issues/defects
Communication of testing results, level of quality, and product readiness to QA Management and project teams
Participation in release planning and product roll-outs
Identification of gaps in the QA and testing processes, working with QA Manager to address them
Guidance to less experienced QA personnel

Job Qualifications

8 or more years of experience in QA/testing, with increasing responsibilities
Strong experience with Manual UI testing, test case creation, and test case execution
Proficiency with test management tools (qTest, JIRA, Quality Center)
Strong SQL skills; ability to create complex SQL queries
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, concepts, and processes; excellent testing skills
Strong knowledge of, and experience in, Agile methodology and related processes
Knowledge of FICO origination manager preferred
Ability to define requirements/user stories preferred
Software development experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other related field of study
