Creating Fascination: Your Tasks

  • Program management for the development of a complex flight control, landing gear, or electronics program.
  • Leading an interdisciplinary development team, consisting of employees from various departments and partners.
  • Central point of contact for our management as well as for the customer.
  • Evaluation of time and economic risks.
  • Establishment and structuring of complex project plans.
  • Creation and coordination of work packages.
  • Initiating improvements through the implementation of optimization and feasibility analyses for any problems that arise.
  • Technical leadership of assigned employees.

Bringing Strengths: Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, physics, industrial engineering, or similar qualification.
  • Extensive experience and additional qualifications in project management.
  • Experience in leading complex processes, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Alignment and optimization of actions based on given commercial conditions.
  • Negotiation skills in English.
  • Implementation strength and coordination ability.
  • Communication skills and assertiveness.
