Red Bank Veterinary Hospital (RBVH) in Tinton Falls, NJ is hiring a full- time dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse to join our exciting Dentistry team

While your primary focus will be Dentistry, you will get high level anesthesia training with the Specialty Surgery Department

We are seeking nurses who want to continue to grow their skill set and knowledge, who are looking for advancement and want to continue their education in the field (Inquire about our tuition reimbursement as well as one on one mentorship for certifications and VTS programs).

Schedule/ Shift Details:

Weekday ONLY & Day shift hours
Holiday & On- Call requirements
Advanced anesthesia training ASA 1-5E

Job Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to further skills & knowledge in Oral Surgery with Board Certified Oral Surgeons, VTS in Dentistry & knowledge in Anesthesia working alongside Board Certified Anesthesiologists.

2 years minimum experience in monitoring anesthesia.
2 years minimum experience in dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs.
Must have experience placing IV Catheters, intubating, using anesthesia monitoring equipment, and have advanced medical math skills.
Excellent communication & teamwork.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Excellent patient care & advocacy.
Ability to work successfully in a fast- pace environment amongst multiple doctors and staff members.
